My route into this work includes DJing, music journalism, cultural management, a bin round during COVID, marketing and project intelligence.
The project-intelligence job involved pulling information from scattered sources, checking it, structuring it and turning it into something another person could use. I handed in my notice and, within a couple of weeks, built an AI-assisted workflow around that process. It replaced what had basically been my full-time job.
Since April 2025 I have spent 3000+ hours building and using agents, workflow systems, desktop apps and extensions. I do not write machine-learning algorithms from scratch. I design agent systems, connect their tools, inspect their work and improve them until the full process is reliable.
Most businesses do not need an “AI strategy”. They have an inbox, an ERP, a CRM, a pile of documents and jobs held together by copy and paste. That is a much better place to start.
I build narrowly, keep risky decisions with people and say when conventional software would be the better answer. I document the more technical and experimental side of this work on Howaboua.
